Area specific guidance for Islington

Access advice on direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) initiation and monitoring through the e-Referrals Advice and Guidance service. Most trusts have advice services under ‘Specialty - Haematology’ and ‘Clinic Type - Anti Coagulant’.

An NCL referral form for DOAC or warfarin has been devised for those patients who still require a secondary care service, it can be found in ISL global documents > Anticoagulation > NCL DOAC anticoagulation referral
