The Haringey anticoagulation service pathway will be reviewed and updated by the NCL-wide anticoagulation working group.

North Middlesex University Hospital (NMUH) anticoagulation clinic provides specialised care for patients who require or take anticoagulation medication, such as warfarin and direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs); to treat and prevent blood clots by offering an initiation, monitoring and advisory service.

Each clinic team is made up of specialist nurses, pharmacists, administrators and a lead consultant.
