General Practice Change Management Support

NCL Wide

The key method to obtain strong, stable general practice is via a coordinated change management support that is available to all practices within NCL.

From Wednesday 1 October, local change management support to general practice for implementing Digital First, Modern General Practice Access Models & LTC LCS will move to a consolidated delegated offer, having previously been delivered by different partners in NCL. This will complement the existing national offers, Support Level Framework and PCN Capacity and Access Support payments as outlined General Practice Access Support.

This offer will also be expanded to include access support to vulnerable population groups who may experience digital exclusion. In parallel, NCL Training Hub will continue to provide LTC specific clinical training alongside personalised care and support planning training as part of the wider training offer to all of general practice.

The new local change management provider will be led by Haringey GP Federation in partnership with all NCL GP Federations and Qualitas Consortium, a national provider of practice level support. Local clinical and non-clinical support teams will be made available in each borough alongside subject matter expertise at an NCL and national level (via Qualitas).
