The LTC Dashboard is available to stakeholders to access and provide feedback. 

The Systems and Facilitation team (formerly known as IT and Systems) support NCL practices to make the most out of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, EMIS. Facilitation Support and Guidance aims to assist with the Development and Management of our Enhanced Emis Tools:

  • Data Management and Dashboard support
  • EMIS Enterprise
  • EMIS Tools Development and Reporting
  • GP IT Facilitation and Engagement 
  • Protocols
  • Referral form documents
  • Templates

The NCL Systems and Facilitation team comprises of:

  • Data Management and Dashboard Support: Satya Bobba, Karmjit Ghudial, Hakan Guven
  • Development and Reporting: Katherine Nishikant, Nezila Nazimuddin, Pauline Trecherel and Richard Anthoney
  • Enterprise: Currently Devante James-Crosdale (only)
  • Facilitation and Engagement: Tomi Somolu, Sunir Patel and Chris Andreou

GPIT Facilitation and Engagement

Activities and Roles:

  • troubleshooting GP surgeries with day-to-day IT issues
  • service reviews
  • supporting NHSE initiatives (e.g. ICE Digital Diagnostics radiology project)
  • Role includes regular engagement with borough PM forums/NCL-wide forums/clinical leads meetings/PCN forums/Federation forums

Current activities:

  • bi-monthly EMIS and GP Forums
  • ICT support
  • problem management
  • ICB meetings
  • third-party engagement
  • improved website visibility
  • communication and escalation
  • help integrate IT projects (e.g. ICE Digital Diagnostics radiology project)
  • how to support practices with outages - as part of business continuity

The Optum Learn Section has been developed by EMIS to provide self-help resources to support practices with utilising EMIS features and their configuration setting.
