Systems and Facilitation team (formerly known as IT and Systems) support NCL practices make the most out of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, EMIS. Facilitation support and guidance aims to assist with development of enhanced EMIS tools:

• GPIT Facilitation and Engagement 
• Data Management and Dashboard support
• Referral form documents
• Templates
• Protocols

Systems and facilitation is not the first port of call with any GPIT issue. You require a GPIT incident number to allow them to escalate any issue that is not resolved.

The EMIS Academy has been developed by EMIS to provide self help resources to support practices utilise EMIS features and their configuration setting.
