This self-referral portal is not a referral route for MSK CATs service. See the service page MSK (SCAS) CATs Integrated Service and refer via eRS.
The service provides treatment to people who may have had an injury, surgery or who have an underlying musculoskeletal problem which affects their ability to undertake everyday activities, perhaps due to pain or loss of function.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- patients with an Enfield GP
- patients with an MSK need
Exclusions
- patients with red flags/2WW
- patients with lumps and bumps
- patients with suspected acute fracture (these should be referred to fracture clinic at either Royal Free/Chase Farm or North Middlesex)

Self-referral
Patients are strongly encouraged to self-refer to this service so they can receive advice, education and exercises to trial before their appointment.
After they have provided information regarding their condition, they will receive some advice from a physiotherapist within 48 hours via email. The service may call them if further information is required.
Self-referral requests are only accepted for patients aged 16 and over.
