Pelvic Health Physiotherapy: RFL

Camden

Please note: the outpatient service is by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Patients who are pregnant and delivering at the Royal Free Hospital or are pregnant and have a Camden GP may come to the department to complete a self-referral form or GPs may send through a referral via the usual process. We do not accept self-referrals for any other conditions. Both Camden GP referrals and self-referrals are subject to the same triage process and patients are contacted regarding an appointment. Same-day appointments will not be given.

The pelvic health physiotherapy (men and women) service assesses and treats the following conditions:

  • bladder urgency and urge incontinence
  • stress urinary incontinence
  • faecal incontinence and bowel urgency
  • obstructive defecation
  • pelvic pain/vulval pain/dyspareunia
