Adult phlebotomy services at Finchley Memorial Hospital Community Diagnostic Centre include routine, urgent, INR, and GTT blood test appointments.
Eligibility Criteria

- aged 12+
Exclusions
- aged under 12 years
- specialist blood tests
- sample drop-off point.
How to Refer
There is no facility to print a blood test form at the CDC, so please send patient with a printed paper blood form.
Patients should book an appointment online via Swiftqueue.
If patients do not have internet access, they can book via phone.t: 020 8349 7460 (open 8am-11am).
