Phlebotomy, Adult: UCLH

GP patients can no longer attend University College Hospital for phlebotomy; bookings must be made at one of the off-site clinics. 

This is no longer a walk-in service and appointments must be booked in advance.

Booking an appointment

Patients must attend their phlebotomy appointment with their tQuest request form.

Patients can book via Swiftqueue booking system

If patients have issues with online booking, they can contact the University College London Hospitals (UCLH) phlebotomy booking team directly via:

The UCLH booking centre is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Informing patients about their visit

  • Patients should arrive no more than ten minutes before the booked time
  • Patients should not attend an appointment if they have symptoms of COVID-19
