At the most recent NCL Pathology Board meeting, it was agreed that providers can return to GPs printing the request forms for all, with the exception of Whittington Health.

Please note: urgent patients will only be seen if the clinical details of the urgency are included in the form.

When discussing phlebotomy appointments with patients, please advise them to:

• have confirmation of their appointment
• arrive no more than ten minutes before the booked time.
