Appointments must be booked in advance, Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm.

Abdomen, abdominal wall, head and neck, kidney, urinary and bladder (KUB), testes, groin, thyroid, and gynaecology ultrasound scans including unscheduled bleeding on HRT pathway are available for GP direct access.

Patient results

Results are provided back to the referrer and GP within two working days for non-urgent reports or 24 hours for urgent findings, or provided direct to emergency department of the patient's choice if urgent or life-threatening (a copy of the report will also be sent to the referrer and GP). If not received, enquire by email.

Inclusions

• adults aged 18+ 
• ambulant or partially ambulant.

Exclusions

• children and young people (<18)
• transport patients
• obstetrics
• claustrophobic people
• people attending appointments with children under the age of 16.
