Abdomen, abdominal wall, head and neck, kidney, urinary and bladder (KUB), testes, groin, thyroid, and gynaecology ultrasound scans are available for GP direct access.

• By appointment only: Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm.

Patient results

Results are provided back to the referrer and GP within two working days for non-urgent reports or 24 hours for urgent findings, or provided direct to emergency department of the patient's choice if urgent or life-threatening (a copy of the report will also be sent to the refer and GP). If not received enquire by email.

• ambulant or partially ambulant

• children and young people (<18)
• transport patients
• obstetrics
• claustrophobic people
• people attending appointments with children under the age of 16
