Ultrasound Imaging: Finchley Memorial Hospital CDC
NCL WideProvided By
Abdomen, abdominal wall, head and neck, kidney, urinary and bladder (KUB), testes, groin, thyroid, and gynaecology ultrasound scans are available for GP direct access.
- By appointment only: Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm.
Patient results
Results are provided back to the referrer and GP within two working days for non-urgent reports or 24 hours for urgent findings, or provided direct to emergency department of the patient's choice if urgent or life-threatening (a copy of the report will also be sent to the refer and GP). If not received enquire by email.

Inclusions
- adults aged 18+
- ambulant or partially ambulant
Exclusions
- children and young people (<18)
- transport patients
- obstetrics
- claustrophobic people
- people attending appointments with children under the age of 16

Complete the Ultrasound Request Form – Finchley Community Diagnostic Centre and email for a direct appointment.
