Booking an appointment

Appointments can be booked by patients via the NMUH call centre or Swifqeue.

If your patient needs an urgent blood test, you must call 020 8887 3663 / 3664 to book an appointment at NMUH. NMUH is unable to book urgent tests at a patient's request. There are also urgent blood test slots at both The Laurels Health Living centre and The Evergreen Surgery. 

Please note that this is not a walk-in service. Appointments must be booked in advance via referral only

Patient information about visits

• ask patients to bring their confirmation text/email to their appointment as they will not be able to enter the sites without this
• patients should arrive no more than 10 minutes the before booked time
• patients should not book or attend an appointment if they have symptoms of COVID-19
