The NCL Waiting Room is an NHS website aimed at young people and their parents/carers to help them navigate support options for mental health and wellbeing while waiting to be seen at their local mental health service.

The website was co-produced with young people, families and professionals, and acts as a one-stop shop for information on specialist mental health services, voluntary sector organisations, and self-management resources.
