Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service: NLFT

The Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) offers multi-disciplinary outpatient assessments and treatments for children and young people facing serious mental health challenges, as well as complex and enduring emotional and behavioural issues significantly impacting their functioning.


Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

Those registered with a GP in Barnet, Enfield or Haringey who are:

  • aged up to 17 years old 
  • with suspected autism >7years old (and under 17)
  • carers of young people aged up to 17 years

NLFT CYPMH Crisis Response Service

Professionals are to contact NLFT CYPMH Crisis Response Service if a young persons mental health is deteriorating / acute mental risk. This may avoid an unnecessary long wait in A&E as some cases can be seen in a CAMHS crisis hub or managed remotely by their crisis team.
