Barnet
Under Review — this page was due to be reviewed by Friday, 10 January 2025. The information shown here may be outdated.

If a child or young person is in crisis and needs same-day CAMHS input, clinicians should contact the NCL CAMHS Crisis Team.

This may avoid an unnecessary long wait in A&E as some cases can be seen in a CAMHS crisis hub or managed remotely by their crisis team.

Barnet Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) provides multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment of children and young people with moderate-to-severe mental health or severe emotional and behavioural difficulties in the London borough of Barnet.

For a full list of Barnet CAMHS teams and services, including the Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Service, please see the Downloads and Related Services sections.
