Cardiology Diagnostics: UCLH
NCL WideProvided By
UCLH cardiology department offers a range of outpatient cardiac diagnostic services, including echocardiogram (ECHO), electrocardiogram (ECG), ambulatory ECG (24-hour), and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).

Referral methods: Email
For diagnostic referrals detailed above, complete the Cardiology Investigations (Excluding Routine ECGs) Request Form - NCL form and email to UCLH.cardiology@nhs.net
ECG is a walk-in service and patients will need to bring in their ECG referral on the day of their appointment.

Please note: A clear indication of why the test is needed, with a blood test result and/or an ECG tracing, is required as part of the referral. All referrals for an echo will be triaged for appropriateness and rejected if there is insufficient information.
