The following tests must be booked via e-referrals:
- exercise tolerance tests
- echocardiogram
- 24-hour Holter monitoring
- 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring
- seven-day event recorders
- electrocardiogram (ECG).
Please note: The ECG walk-in service is no longer available.
ECGs need to be booked via e-referrals. Patients will need to bring in their ECG referral on the day of their appointment. For urgent ECGs please contact the admin team:

Note: For Cardiac Investigation, please refer only on the above EMIS form. This helps streamline the referral process, and provides the cardiac physiologist with the relevant information they need without reviewing the patient's entire medical history.
