An NCL-wide cardiology referral form for the Suspected Stable Angina Service, previously known as the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic is available for practices to use.

Designed to be quick and easy to complete, the form follows the 2024 European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines, helping GPs safely assess patients and reduce unnecessary referrals by using a simple ESC risk score to calculate the probability of obstructive coronary disease.
