Sexual Health Services: ECHO

The Enfield Clinics Health Organisation (ECHO) service offers free and confidential sexual health screening and/or treatment and contraception regardless of your age, sexuality, ethnicity or culture.
Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and Psychosexual counselling are also available.
How to Refer
Refer by email
Enfield Clinics Health Organisation (ECHO) is accepting referrals for specialist psychosexual therapy. Confidential support for individuals and couples with sexual challenges such as erectile dysfunction, orgasm issues, low libido, sexual trauma, and relationship concerns is offered.
Please only refer patients who have completed medical investigations and continue to experience symptoms.
