The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the first point of contact for new safeguarding concerns and enquiries. You should contact the MASH team if you have a concern about an adult at risk.


Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

An adult at risk is a person aged 18+ who:

  • has care and support needs, and
  • is experiencing or is at risk of abuse or neglect, and
  • is unable to protect themselves against the abuse or neglect.

How to Refer

Urgent referrals can be made by calling the Enfield MASH team directly.

To make an urgent referral outside of office hours, call the Enfield MASH out of hours line.
