Red Cross offers an out of hospital support service to residents in Barnet to support them in the community after discharge from Barnet, Royal Free, Edgware Community and Finchley Memorial Hospitals.

Examples of support include:

• escort or meeting the patient at home and settle
• improved wellbeing through companionship
• prescription collection
• light food and drink preparation
• collecting and assisting with shopping
• signposting to other community services.
