The Whittington Health (WH) Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic (RACPC) provides specialist cardiology assessments to patients with new onset chest pain and also for patients with existing angina who have a change in symptoms.

For patients with known ischaemic heart disease, send to a general cardiology clinic unless they have new or worsening symptoms.

Patients with suspected myocardial infraction or acute coronary syndrome should go directly to A&E.

This service is currently NOT running a walk-in ECG service. It is seeing all patients for ECGs (not just urgent) via appointments via e-RS, or by arranging via t: 020 7288 5691 if urgent.
