Find & Treat is a health outreach team. Their services are extended to people experiencing homelessness, those with drug or alcohol dependence, vulnerable migrants and traveller communities.

These services include:

  • Active case-finding using mobile digital radiology and rapid diagnostics in non-traditional settings.
  • Early detection and treatment of tuberculosis (TB), blood-borne virus (BBV) screening, and vaccine-preventable diseases.
  • The blood borne virus (BBV) team tests and links at-risk individuals to care for hepatitis B, C, HIV, and sexually transmitted infections.
  • Community-based screening and treatment service for cases of active and latent TB, including the use of Video Observed Therapy (VOT)
