Royal Free London (RFL) has changed how GPs can contact the endocrinology team. 

For routine enquiries, contact the team using the details in Service Feedback. The team will endeavour to respond to routine enquiries within seven working days.

If you need clinical advice, please submit an Advice & Guidance request via e-RS.  

If your patient needs an emergency referral or same day assessment, please contact the medical on call team in the usual way. 

Consultant Connect

Endocrinology at RFL is accessible on Consultant Connect. Consultant Connect can provide rapid advice and guidance (via phone and messaging) at no cost. You can use the platform to speak to local and national specialists when timely advice is needed, especially if your patient’s needs are complex.

  • aged 18+.

Exclusions

  • obesity and metabolic medicine.
