The CNWL Camden physiotherapy-led falls clinic offers a comprehensive consultation to evaluate balance, strength, and mobility, followed by personalized treatment sessions. A rehabilitation assistant provides home exercise demonstrations, walking aids, and advice on staying active, local exercise groups, and falls education, with the process lasting around two hours.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- ambulant patients who are at risk of, or who have suffered a fall
- all Camden residents.
Exclusions
- housebound
- severe cognitive impairment.
