Bereavement Support & Counselling Service

All counselling and bereavement support is confidential and provided free of charge.
To make a referral to the Bereavement Service, or to self-refer, please use the contact details in the how to refer section.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- Aged 18 years or over
- Who lives in the borough of Haringey
- Who has been bereaved of someone following a terminal illness
- Waiting period of three months from point of bereavement before a referral can be accepted (either self-referrals or from other referrer)
- NLH exempted from this
- Start date 1 April 2022

Complete the Haringey Bereavement Service referral form and email to stjosephs.firstcontact@nhs.net

Self-referral
Referrals can be made directly to the First Contact team at St Joseph's Hospice by telephone or email (using the referral form).
