Mental Health Crisis Resolution Teams: NLFT

The North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT, a merger of BEH and CANDI) mental health crisis teams help people whose mental health might be deteriorating to the level that hospital admission is being considered.

Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams are based in the community and provide a safe and effective, home-based assessment and treatment service as an alternative to inpatient care.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How to Refer

Healthcare professionals can contact NHS 111, select Mental Health option then select Healthcare Professional.

Self-referral

111

NCL residents can access urgent crisis mental health support via NHS 111, 24/7. By selecting Mental Health option. Callers will be connected to the NLFT crisis service, specially trained staff will address urgent needs and provide support based on symptoms.
