Outward provides an autism-accredited service that offers support to people in Camden with autism or Asperger's.
The service provides help to:
- improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- give strategies to better manage sensory needs
- develop coping strategies to manage and reduce anxiety
- develop motivation and self-esteem.
The service also supports parents and carers via workshops, courses, newsletters, meetings and group events.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- individuals aged 18+ who have autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and Asperger's syndrome, including people with complex and multiple needs
- individuals care for those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and Asperger's syndrome, including people with complex and multiple needs.
