WiSER Project
BarnetCamdenHaringeyIslingtonProvided By

The Women's Safe Engagement and Recovery (WiSER) project is a partnership of specialist charities working to end male violence and abuse. It works with women who are frequently excluded from mainstream services and/or find it hard to engage with support. WiSER aims (with a psychologically and trauma-informed approach) to use assertive outreach to enable women to access support, increase their self-esteem, reduce their risk and make safe choices.
The partnership offers outreach activity, trauma-informed approaches, and flexible one-to-one and group support, which helps women to get the support they need.
Support is provided in English, Turkish, Farsi, Kurdish and Arabic.
