  • By appointment only: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm

Patient results

Results are provided back to the referrer and GP within NN working days. If not received enquire by email.

How to Refer

Referral methods: Email

  • For routine requests, complete the Ultrasound Imaging GP Direct Access Request – UCLH form.
  • For all GP Direct Access urgent suspected cancer imaging requests, complete the Urgent Direct Access Imaging Request Form (adult & paed) Suspected Cancer – NCL form.

If imaging supports referral for USC, a separate USC referral form will need to be completed (see relevant USC service page for details).
