Soft tissue and neck/thyroid (excluding FNA), abdominal, renal, pelvic, testicular, abdominal wall, and groin ultrasound scans are available for GP direct access, with results provided back to the referrer within one working day. If not received, enquire by email

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- Adult patients aged 18+
- Ambulant or partially ambulant patients
- the CDC can accommodate patients who can move in and out of a wheelchair independently or with minimal assistance. A hoist is available at the CDC but patients should be advised to bring their own sling if possible
- Non-MSK ultrasound for gynae & abdo only
Exclusions
- Paediatrics
- Transport patients
- Obstetrics

Routine imaging requests
- Complete the Imaging Adult Referral Form NCL - Wood Green CDC form.
GP direct-access urgent suspected cancer imaging requests
- Complete the Urgent Direct Access Imaging Request Form (adult & paed) Suspected Cancer – NCL form.
Email forms to referrals.woodgreencdc@nhs.net
If imaging supports referral for urgent suspected cancer (USC), a separate USC referral form will need to be completed (see relevant USC service page for details, search 'urgent suspected cancer').
