This service is for stroke survivors (including TIAs/mini-strokes) with communication difficulties.. Services are offered across the stroke pathway through the Stroke Recovery Service and Communication Support Services.

Services Include:

• Support in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis, from a stroke support coordinator and trained volunteers.
• Information, peer and emotional support.
• The opportunity to practice communication and gain confidence in dealing with everyday situations.
