NCL ICB commissions the Royal Association for Deaf People's Communication Services to provide interpreting for British and Irish Sign Languages, hands-on signing, note takers, deaf/blind manual, communication assistants, lip-speakers and speech-to-text reporters.

The cost of this service should never be passed on to the user.
