Men will have their semen analysed and their sperm will be examined for motility, morphology, anti-sperm antibodies and sperm count.

When investigations are complete, a consultant will go through treatment options with the patient.

How to Refer

GPs can create a TQuest request form for Semen Analysis.

Self booking

Patients can self book by phone once they have their investigation form.

Please note patients are required to collect a sample pot from Tower Block, level 0, Pathology department at North Middlesex hospital.
