Physical/Cognitive Disabilities Exercise (Neuro Active): CNWL
CamdenProvided By
Short-term exercise programme provided by Camden Neurological and Stroke Service for adults with neurological conditions to maintain or progress function and increase fitness through group sessions, with therapy staff supporting transition to local exercise options at the end.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- aged 18+ and registered with a Camden GP
- adults living with a neurological condition who would like to increase their physical activity.
