Physical/Cognitive Disabilities Exercise (Neuro Active): CNWL

Short-term exercise programme provided by the Camden Neurological and Stroke Service for adults who are recovering from or living with a neurological condition and wish to maintain or progress their function and increase fitness.
The programme runs as a group session and therapy staff support patients to transition to local exercise options at the end of the scheme.
If assistance is required to travel to the gym or in the gym, patients will need to bring their carer.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- aged 18+ and registered with a Camden GP
- adults living with a neurological condition who would like to increase their physical activity.
