UCLH's Upper Gastrointestinal (GI) Service provides treatment for, among other conditions, oesophageal and gastric cancers as well as for benign conditions (acid reflux and motility disorders). There is close collaboration with the GI physiology and laser centre.

Please note: UCLH's direct access endoscopy service is currently closed to new referrals (as of 31 December 2021). Re-direct referrals to the Whittington Hospital or to The Royal Free Hospital instead.
