Enfield Autism Hub provides peer support, guidance and signposting for autistic adults, diagnosed or self-identified, as well as adults awaiting an autism assessment.

The service is based within the charity One-to-One Enfield and accepts referrals from GPs, mental health services, social care staff and self-referrals.

The service offers:

  • meetings in a friendly and welcoming space
  • video/phone calls
  • an initial session facilitated by an autistic peer support worker, followed by access to group peer support sessions
  • personalised guidance and signposting to appropriate support services
  • advice, consultation and training for primary care and the wider community.

Inclusions

  • aged 18-64
  • resident of Enfield.

How to Refer

Enfield Autism Hub Referral Form

To refer a patient, complete the online form in as much detail as possible.

One-to-One Enfield will acknowledge referrals within one to two weeks and aims to arrange appointments within four to six weeks.

Self-referral

Patients can self-refer by completing the online form in as much detail as possible.
