Change Grow Live (CGL) is a drug and alcohol service commissioned by the London Borough of Barnet Public Health Team.

The service support patients with substance misuse issues, in collaboration with primary care and hospital-based specialist services. It delivers a range of community-based interventions, including talking therapies, opiate substitution therapy and access to inpatient detoxification/rehabilitation.

In addition, CGL will review patients with complex opioid analgesic regimes in primary care and patients prescribed opioids for pain management who have developed opioid dependence syndrome.
