Age UK Islington Navigation Service
IslingtonProvided By
Age UK Islington provides a navigation service that offers support for accessing non-traditional services, signposting, and case management to enhance skills, confidence, and independence. Navigators assist with understanding and accessing support, filling forms, coordinating care, and referring to specialist services that address financial, housing, social, and health-related issues.

- Aged 16+
- Islington resident or registered with an Islington GP
