Access Service: Islington Adult Social Services
IslingtonProvided By
Islington's Access Service is the 'front door' to adult social services in the borough, providing information, advice and care support.

See Paying for care in External Links for more information.
As of Friday 16 June, the service has closed their access.services@islington.gov.uk inbox. From now on, they ask that all clinicians send referral forms to ASCReferrals@islington.gov.uk
Since January 2023, hospitals and practices have been send referrals to the new inbox. Any emails sent to the old inbox will trigger a bounce-back, informing the sender how to reach out to the team, either via the online forms or phone. The team has contacted individuals who have continued to use the old inbox, but from tomorrow they will not be directly chased.
