• Out of hours: call switch board 020 8887 2000, speak with on-call oncology doctor and refer to A&E

RFL

• Call the acute oncology team via switchboard 020 3758 2500
• If you have concerns about metastatic spinal cord compression (MSCC) refer the patient to A&E

UCLH

• Call the urgent care line 07947 959020 (advice available 24/7)
• If you have concerns about metastatic spinal cord compression (MSCC) refer the patient to A&E

WH

• Out of hours: send/refer patients to Royal Free A&E
