Troubleshooting: Dashboard not loading

If you're having trouble viewing the Primary Care Dashboard, try the steps below.  

1. Accept cookies and clear any existing cookie data

The dashboard will not load unless cookies are accepted on the NCL GP Website. If you have previously dismissed the cookie banner, you may need to clear cookies and re-accept.

• Click the lock icon to the left of the website address.
• Select "cookies and site data".
• Remove any entries for:
  • gps.northcentrallondon.icb.nhs.uk
  • app.powerbi.com.
• Refresh the page; the cookie banner should reappear, click Accept and then reload the dashboard.  

2. Open the NCL GP Website in an InPrivate window (Microsoft Edge)

Using an InPrivate window gives you a "clean slate" and often resolves loading issues.

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an InPrivate window in Edge.
• Navigate to the GP Website, accept cookies when prompted, and try loading the dashboard again.;

If the dashboard loads in InPrivate mode but not in your normal browser window, something in your main browser profile is blocking it.  

3. Try using Google Chrome

If the issue continues in Edge, opening the NCL GP Website in Chrome can sometimes resolve it.
