by Sunday, 16 June 2024. The information shown here may be outdated.
The CLCH community phlebotomy service is offered to registered housebound patients (both permanent or temporarily).
Housebound status will be subject to regular review and, if the patient becomes more mobile, they will be discharged from the caseload. If appropriate, they will be offered clinic-based treatment options as an alternative.
Registered housebound patients will be visited to take blood samples for INR visit within two days of referral. A visit will take place within three days for urgent bloods and five days for routine bloods.
The service sits within Barnet Planned Care.
The admin team will phone the patient a day before the appointment.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
