HENRY Healthy Families: Right From The Start Programme
HaringeyHENRY Healthy Families: Right From The Start Programme offers an eight-week course focused on enhancing family nutrition, promoting healthy weight, and supporting child development through proven behaviour change models. It includes guidance on nutrition, physical activity, oral health, and supports parenting efficacy and emotional wellbeing.
