Families for Life: Healthy Lifestyle Service

Islington

Families for life is a healthy lifestyle programme to support families with children aged 2-11 years to be active and have a healthy lifestyle. The programme supports parents to gain the skills and knowledge they need to help their children (and wider family) live active, healthy lives.

Families for Life provides a great opportunity to support families to 'feel good and live well'.

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements and disabilities which will impact the child's engagement and participation in the sessions.

Family Kitchen

Family Kitchen is a cooking course with healthy lifestyle messages that has been designed to help families with children aged 2-11 to make healthy lifestyle choices to 'feel good and live well'. Parents and children attend a weekly programme together.
