Families for Life: Healthy Lifestyle Service
IslingtonFamilies for life is a healthy lifestyle programme to support families with children aged 2-11 years to be active and have a healthy lifestyle. It includes a Family Kitchen cooking course that promotes healthy lifestyle choices for parents and children through weekly sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
Families with children aged 2-11 (at school or registered with a GP in Islington), who:
- would like support to develop a healthy lifestyle
- have children who are fussy eaters
- have a concern about weight.
