Connected Care is a Haringey Council service that provides digital assistive technology, expert advice, and a 24-hour monitoring and emergency response service, available 365 days a year. The service supports people of all ages who may be vulnerable, have disabilities, be at risk of falls, or require additional care and support to live safely and independently at home. It offers home safety and personal security systems that enable a rapid response in emergencies.

During office hours, specialist assessors identify suitable equipment for individuals, while technicians install, test, and demonstrate the equipment to ensure service users and carers understand how to use it effectively.
