Children's Hospital at Home: WH

The Children's Hospital at Home (H@H) is a team of specialist nurses who provide assessment, support, and advice to acutely unwell babies, children, and young people at home to reduce or avoid hospital admission and aid earlier discharge when hospitalised.

This service operates from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

H@H conditions cared for:

  • bronchiolitis
  • diarrhoea and vomiting
  • intravenous medication
  • jaundice
  • newborn weight loss/feeding support
  • vrial induced wheeze
  • wound care.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • children from birth up to 18 years
  • registered with a NCL GP (Camden, Islington and South Barnet).
