Beat is the UK's national eating disorder charity with a mission to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.

The service is free, confidential and available 365 days a year. Support can be accessed via the telephone helpline, email, and the one-to-one web chat.

Inclusions

  • anyone who has, or is worried that they have, an eating disorder
  • friends and family members of those affected by eating disorders.
