The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) provide free, evidence-based information and peer support for breastfeeding families in Enfield and North Middlesex Hospital. The breastfeeding peer support service will connect mothers with trained peer supporters who have first-hand experience. The peer supporters will offer guidance, encouragement and practical assistance to help parents overcome challenges and build confidence in their breastfeeding journey.

How to Refer

All groups are drop-in so families can turn up on the day (no referral needed)

Referrals are welcomed from all health professionals. 

For home visits and phone support complete the Breastfeeding Network Referral – Enfield and send to Enfieldsupport@Breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk.

Enfield residents may self-refer by emailing the team.

No previous assessment is required by a health professional.
