Mind's Sanctuary and Crisis Hubs in Barnet and Enfield are a short-term mental health and wellbeing support service aiming to help adults in need.

The service offers:

• wellbeing and safety plans
• a helpline that can provide immediate support & crisis de-escalation
• one to one follow up sessions with a support worker, either over the phone, online or at a hub
• education, information and advice.
