Phlebotomy, Domiciliary: CNWL
CamdenProvided By
CareLink provides a phlebotomy service for domiciliary housebound patients in Camden, operating from Monday to Friday.
Time frames for referrals
- urgent referrals: 24 hours turnaround (referral will need to be received before 2pm in order for the patient to be seen next day).
- routine bloods: 14-day turnaround or as per specified date stated on the referral form.

Complete the Phlebotomy Community Referral - CNWL Form from the EMIS managed referral and send to camdenreferrals.cnwl@nhs.net
If urgent blood is requested, please be sure to clearly state on the form as to why.
