On behalf of CNWL, CareLink provides a phlebotomy service for Camden domiciliary housebound patients. The service operates Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Time frames for referrals

• urgent referrals: 24 hours turnaround (referral will need to be received before 2pm in order for the patient to be seen next day).
• routine bloods: 14-day turnaround or as per specified date stated on the referral form.
